Besakih Temple

Besakih Temple is the biggest temple in Bali. It is the Mother Temple. It is a grand complex consisting of 86 shrines built on the slopes of Mount Agung. 70 celebrations are held there every year. A lot of major Balinese celebrations are the most anticipated and fantastic events for domestic/international tourists, but small spiritual ceremonies are also held daily. This place offers a peaceful environment with spectacular landscapes and views of rice fields, hills, mountains, and streams.
