Meanings:
Ondel-ondel puppet is a traditional Betawi icon. This motif signifies the hope that the wearer achieves a more prosperous life and be protected against bad luck and danger. Betawi Batik is classified as the coastal batik, whose bright colours represent happiness, vitality, and dynamism.
